• Orders are processed and fulfilled through Shopify; a confirmation email means we've received your order, not that it has shipped.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. You authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for your order, including applicable tax and shipping.

4. Shipping and returns

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. If you're not satisfied, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies as described at checkout and in our order confirmation — contact support@ilumismiles.com to start a return or refund.

5. Health and safety information

ILUMI products are manufactured in an FDA-registered facility and designed to be enamel-safe, but individual results and sensitivity vary. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, have sensitive teeth or gums, or have a dental condition, talk to your dentist before use. Stop use and consult a dentist or physician if you experience irritation.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, and the ILUMI name and logos are owned by or licensed to Tenacera LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
